There are real estate brokers – and then there are real estate brokers. Dawn Cohen falls into the exceptional category. Would we recommend her? Absolutely!! Would we use her again? Most definitely! After we go on an extended vacation, we will hire her again as a buyers agent and I know that she will get us a fantastic deal on a property that we will purchase in the future.
